Formed in 1995 with a number of vehicles from Marchwood Motorways, the firm operated from a depot near Basingstoke railway station until around 1998 when they moved to the premises of former operator Oakley Coaches in nearby Oakley. A need to vacate this second site coincided with the sale of the coaching side of the firm to Weavaway Travel from 1st October 2007, leaving the business to concentrate on their local bus operations in Basingstoke, Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet and Reading, rebranded "Fleet Buzz".
