Horseman Coaches are the largest coach operator in the Reading area, operating a large number of school, private hire, racing, football and contract services. Their vehicles can often be seen dropping off groups of people at St. Marys Butts and Reading Station during the day, and most vehicles have been named after famous racing horses of the past.

The coaching activities of Chiltern Queens were merged into the Horseman business from April 2002, whilst the stage carriage arm was sold to Thames Travel.
