Reading's new MAN double decker entered service on route 9 last week, after one or two delays getting this prototype vehicle into service. It has gained tree deflectors since it was on show in Birmingham last year. Similarly the first of Newbury's two Plaxton Pointer bodied Darts have entered service, with Darts now appearing on routes like the 6, 9, 32 and even Vodafone as well as the 102.
