| Here are details of the types of bus usually to be found on
each Reading Transport bus route. From time to time other types are used in their place,
this table aims to give an idea of what can usually be expected during the day. Decker means any of the following types are used: Optare Spectra or MCW Metrobus Mk 2. Low Floor Decker means that either Low Floor Optare Spectras, Dennis Trident / Plaxton Presidents or grey Scania OmniDekkas are used.
See the separate Newbury Buses Vodafone Services page for details on the usual allocations for these routes.

| Here are my recommendations for the best routes to find each
type of bus in the fleet. I have tried to select routes which have a reasonably high
frequency for the type of bus they are, and also routes that cover various areas of the
town. All of these routes can be picked up in Reading Town Centre, but vehicle types
aren't guaranteed!
If you think that there is anything about the company that has been missed, please feel free to email. All contributions for the site are welcome. |
