TWM were previously known as West Midlands Travel before acquisition by their current owners National Express. The Coventry depot received its own brand from 9th December 2002 and most of TWM's services operate in the Centro Transport Executive area.

Travel West Midlands 15th low floor double decker in Coventry Pool Meadow bus station on 10th June 2002. TWM now have over 1000 low floor vehicles, with over 400 being double deck.
